PreviousAfter my £3000 Pioneer Kuro died a year after the warranty expired I contacted Pioneer who referred me to Smart Service Solutions. I submitted a web form detailing what the issue was along with the TV details, one of the service desk team contacted me within a few hours to arrange an repair. They text me the night before to give me a 4 hour slot and also gave me a call 1 hour prior to showing up to let me know they were on their way. I am incredibly happy with the service, I would have been happy if they'd quoted me £1500 to fix my impeccable Kuro, so having to only pay only £150 for the repair made my year! They have a lot of Pioneer experience which is why Pioneer use them as an authorised service center. Very happy with the service and will definitely use these guys again should I experience anymore issues.
