Bringing your faulty product to us?

If you plan on bringing your product to us for repair, there is no need to contact us in advance.

Simply visit us at the address to your left (during our opening hours) and a member of our team will be able to book the product in for repair.

If your product is an Audio Visual Product (such as a TV) or a domestic appliance (such as a microwave) we advise an average repair turnaround time is 2-5 working days (subject to spare parts availability).

Our Service Centre has plenty of off road parking outside and our team can assist in bringing products in from your vehicle should you need them to do so.

If your product is a smartphone or tablet, repairs booked in prior to 12pm can be completed the same day in 95% of instances, if you bring your smartphone or tablet to us after 12pm, whilst we will endeavor to complete the repair same working day, it may be next working day.

Please Note: We accept payments via credit / debit card and cash, however, we are unable to accept payments by cheque.
